Quality at the point of happening

We are supplying parts and assemblies to aviation customers. We find typical problems at the time of manufacturing viz. mistakes in operation sheet, in achieving consistency in production, subjective isues like scratches due to chip locks, scratches when viewed under 20X during in-process inspection.Hence, we are unable get away with 100% final inspection for avoiding any chance of sending deviated parts to customer.Request views in achieving consistent quality during manufacture so that we can get away with 100% inspection and achieve customer satisfaction with only random inspection.We have all the basic instruments and equipments like CMM, Roundness testers, contour measuring machines and video measuring machines.
